Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 7, 2011 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for issue of the conclusions about possibility of attraction to the Republic of Belarus for the foreign citizens or stateless persons which do not have permissions to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus for implementation of labor activity in its territory and about possibility of implementation by the foreign citizen or stateless person who does not have permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus, labor activity according to the employment contract in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 84, 8/23921).

2. For the purposes of this Instruction the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 "About external labor migration" are used (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 4, 2/1777).

The conclusion about possibility of attraction to the Republic of Belarus of foreigners for implementation of labor activity in its territory (further - the conclusion about possibility of involvement of foreigners) is issued by committee on work, employment and social protection regional (The Minsk city) executive committee (further, unless otherwise specified, - body for work, employment and social protection) at the request of Department on nationality and migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for issue of permission to attraction to the Republic of Belarus of foreign labor power (further - request of Department on nationality and migration).
