Based on the paragraph of the fourth of part three of subitem 1. 1, paragraphs of the tenth and thirteenth of part two of subitem 1. 2, subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 "About marking of goods control (identification) signs" and subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 243

1. Establish the list of warehouses for placement of the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.

2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for transportation and storage of the goods returned to sellers by buyers it (is applied).

3. Determine that:

3.1. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing commission trade by nonfoods based on prisoners with the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs, commission agreements perform storage in the shopping facility and (or) the storage location of the goods included in the inventory, which are subject to marking by control (identification) signs, except for goods information on production and (or) import to the territory of which Republic of Belarus is subject to entering into the interdepartmental distributed information system "Databank of Electronic Passports of Goods", No. 1030 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 (further - the inventory, subject to marking by control (identification) signs), and (or) the inventory, subject to marking by control (identification) signs, information on production and (or) import to the territory of which Republic of Belarus is subject to entering into the interdepartmental distributed information system "Databank of Electronic Passports of Goods", No. 1030 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 (further - the inventory, subject to marking by control (identification) signs, information on which is subject to entering into Bank of electronic passports of goods), without control (identification) signs or with the control (identification) signs applied on them in defiance of the procedure established by the legislation, or without entering of information on goods into Bank of electronic passports of goods, or its discrepancy to the goods marked by control (identification) signs and (or) to their actual characteristics (description) only in the presence of the commission agreement and separately from other goods;

3.2. in case of inclusion of the new goods in the inventory which are subject to marking by control (identification) signs, and (or) the inventory, subject to marking by control (identification) signs, information on which is subject to entering into Bank of electronic passports of goods, the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, wholesale and (or) retail trade by such goods (further – subjects of trade), from Date of Introduction of marking of new goods control (identification) signs stop wholesale and (or) retail trade by such goods and carry out inventory count of the remaining balance of the goods which are not marked by control (identification) signs formed at them (further – remaining balance of goods), as of Date of Introduction of marking.

Results of inventory count are drawn up by the inventory register which no later than 60 days from Date of Introduction of marking of new goods is provided in inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection for the place of registration (further – inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection). Remaining balance of goods with overdue expiration date for date of inventory count does not join in the inventory register;
