1. Approve updated structure of the Commission of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on issue of licenses for right to use by the subsoil plots containing nonmetallic minerals, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan formed by the resolution of May 2, 2011 No. PP-1524 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of licenses for right to use by the subsoil plots containing nonmetallic minerals" according to appendix No. 1.

2. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 2, 2011 No. PP-1524 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of licenses for right to use by the subsoil plots containing nonmetallic minerals" according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.

Changes and additions made to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 2, 2011 No. PP-1524 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of licenses for right to use by the subsoil plots containing nonmetallic minerals"

1. In Item 5 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 2, 2011 No. PP-1524 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of licenses for right to use by the subsoil plots containing nonmetallic minerals of" the word "To the state committee on conservation of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words to "The state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection".
