Recognize invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 09, 2015 as No. 372 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Issue of the Expert Opinion to Authors and Group of Authors on Educational Editions of Preschool, Initial, Main Average, General Secondary Technical and Professional and Higher Education" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11652, No. 91 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 14, 2016 (28217).

2. To department of preschool and secondary education (Zhontayeva Zh. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction of its copies in periodic printing editions for official publication, and also in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

3) the procedure 3 – rendering the state service by the Uchebnik Center within 57 (fifty seven) calendar days;

4) the procedure 4 – the direction of results of rendering the state service in the State corporation the Uchebnik Center within 1 (one) calendar day through the courier.

For the State corporation of all other regions:

1) the procedure 1 – acceptance and the direction of document package by the employee of the State corporation within 1 (one) calendar day to the accumulative sector;

2) the procedure 2 – delivery of document package by the worker of the accumulative sector within 7 (seven) calendar days by means of mail service in the Uchebnik Center;
