1. Permit Ulbinsky Steel Works joint-stock company to make the transaction on alienation of the strategic objects specified in appendix to this resolution for benefit of Ulba-TVS limited liability partnership.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2008 No. 651 "About approval of the lists of the strategic objects transferred to the authorized capital and (or) which are in property of national holdings and (or) the national companies or their affiliates, and also other legal entities with participation of the state and the strategic objects which are in property of the legal entities not affiliated with the state but physical persons" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 31, the Art. 330) the following amendments:
1) in the list of the strategic objects transferred to the authorized capital and (or) which are in property of national holdings and (or) the national companies or their affiliates, and also other legal entities with participation of the state, approved by the specified resolution:
add the Section "Blocks of Shares (Shares, Shares) in Legal Entities in Whose Property There Are Strategic Objects" in the line, sequence number 76, of the following content:
