About reorganization of some republican public institutions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize republican public institution "National center of archaeography and source study" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan by accession to it of republican public institution "Central laboratory of microphotocopying and restoration of documentary materials of the Public Records Offices" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and republican public institution "Center of scientific and technical information on document science and archiving" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename republican public institution "National center of archaeography and source study" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan into republican public institution "National center of manuscripts and rare books" of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).

3. To provide to the Ministry for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of organization and its state registration in judicial authorities;

2) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
