Rules of calculation of ensuring implementation of investment projects of fishery with financial provision or rights to production (catch) of water biological resources.

Requirements to investees and investment projects in the field of fishery

1. This document determines requirements to the vessels of the fishery fleet constructed on the Russian ship-building shipyards (further - vessels), and (or) to the companies as the property complexes, stipulated in Article 132 Civil codes of the Russian Federation intended for production of fish products and constructed in the territory of the Russian Federation (further - the companies), and to investment projects by their construction (further - investment projects).

2. Vessels and the companies (further - investees) shall conform to the requirements provided by one of subitems of Item 3 or 4 of this document.

3. Requirements to the following courts (the greatest length of the vessel is determined according to the project documentation as the distance measured in the horizontal plane between extreme points of theoretical surface of the body of the vessel in nasal and fodder extremities, the gross tonnage of the vessel is determined according to the project documentation or according to the rules of determination of gross and net capacity of courts established by international treaties (conventions) of the Russian Federation) are:

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 150 tons of products a day;

b) the trawler ship processor over 95 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee of type B):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 4500;

equipment availability on production of fillet and (or) forcemeat from pollock and (or) herring the Pacific gross performance at least 60 tons of products a day;

equipment availability on production of fish meal and (or) cod-liver oil or other products from gross production wastes performance at least 35 tons of products a day;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 120 tons of products a day;

c) the trawler ship processor from 80 to 95 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee of type B):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 3500;

equipment availability on production of fillet and (or) forcemeat from pollock and (or) herring the Pacific gross performance at least 45 tons of products a day;

equipment availability on production of fish meal and (or) cod-liver oil or other products from gross production wastes performance at least 25 tons of products a day;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 90 tons of products a day;

in (1)) the medium-tonnage trawler ship processor at least 50 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like B-1):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 1000;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 50 tons of products a day;

d) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 35 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like G-1) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 500;

e) the low-tonnage fishery vessel at least 25 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like G-2) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 150;

e) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 35 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like D-1) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 500;

g) the low-tonnage fishery vessel at least 25 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like D-2) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 150;

h) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 35 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like E-1) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 500;

i) the low-tonnage fishery vessel at least 25 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like E-2) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 150;

j) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 35 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like Zh-1) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 500;

k) the low-tonnage fishery vessel at least 25 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like Zh-2) - availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component at least 150;

l (1)) the medium-tonnage fishery vessel at least 50 meters long for the Far East fishery basin (investee like F):

availability of gross tonnage of the vessel, component more than 1000;

availability of the gross freezing equipment performance at least 25 tons of products a day;

l) the trawler ship processor over 80 meters long for the Northern fishery basin (investee like Z):
