According to the subitem 3) article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2016 "About volunteer activities" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules on maintaining the Register of accounting of volunteer activities.

2. To provide to committee on cases of civil society of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecclesiastical Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules on maintaining the Register of accounting of volunteer activities

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules on maintaining the register of accounting of volunteer activities (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 3) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About volunteer activities" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for maintaining the register of accounting of volunteer activities.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) the volunteer – the physical person performing volunteer activities;

2) group of volunteers – the voluntary unregistered community of physical persons formed for the purpose of joint implementation of volunteer activities to which the regulations established by the Law extend;

3) the volunteer share – the action directed to the solution of the specific socially directed, socially useful objective which is carried out by the volunteer organization and (or) volunteers, and (or) group of volunteers;
