About the reference book of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union
For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 3 of Item 22 of the Protocol on use of sanitary, veterinary and sanitary and quarantine phytosanitary measures (appendix No. 12 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Items 4, and according to the Regulations on single system of normative reference information of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 155, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved 5 and 7 Protocols on information and communication technologies and information exchange within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 3 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014):
1. Approve the enclosed reference book of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Include the reference book of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union in structure of resources of single system of normative reference information of the Eurasian Economic Union and enter data on the reference book of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union in the register of normative reference information of the Eurasian Economic Union.
3. Assign functions of the operator on maintaining the reference book of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union to the Eurasian economic commission.
4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 30, 2016 No. 158 "About approval of the single list of quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union".
