1. Approve rate for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources (wind energy) of OOO "Irarom-Grup" in windfarm with general capacity of 3900 kW - in the amount of leu/kWh 1,13 (excluding VAT).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
