About approval of the General technical regulation about safety of training rooms of average special, professional and highest educational institutions
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About technical regulation", for the purpose of establishment of single requirements for safety of training rooms of the average special, professional and highest Cabinet of Ministers educational institutions decides:
1. Approve the General technical regulation about safety of training rooms of average special, professional and highest educational institutions according to appendix and enact it after six months from the date of official publication.
2. Take into consideration that according to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About technical regulation" with enforcement of technical regulations, the accepted earlier regulating documents on standardization on products specified in them and services lose binding character and acquire voluntariness of application in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To the Uzstandart agency together with authorized bodies to take measures for cancellation of binding character and ensuring voluntariness in case of application of the regulating documents on standardization establishing mandatory requirements to training rooms of average special, professional and highest educational institutions from the date of enforcement of the General technical regulation approved by this resolution in accordance with the established procedure.
4. To provide to the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education, the Uzstandart Agency together with National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan broad informing bodies of the public and economic board on the purposes, content and procedure for application of the approved General technical regulation.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan U. U. Rozukulov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 10, 2017 No. 265
1. This General technical regulation (further - the Technical regulation) establishes requirements to safety of training rooms of average special, professional and highest educational institutions (further - educational institutions) and extends to the following types of training rooms:
audiences (lecture line, group, semi-group);
laboratory offices;
educational workshops;
reading rooms of libraries;
computer halls of the information and resource centers;
gyms.
2. The technical regulation does not extend to other premises of educational institutions (residential, administration, household, auxiliary, utility rooms, assembly halls).
3. In the Technical regulation the following terms and determinations are used:
audience - the room intended for oral performances before students in educational institution;
side natural lighting - natural lighting through light apertures in outside walls;
the upper natural lighting - natural lighting through lamps, light apertures in covering, and also through apertures in walls in places of height difference of the building;
harmful chemicals - chemicals which cause negative variations in the state of health of the person;
the combined lighting - lighting in case of which local lighting is added to general lighting;
