About additional measures for increase in realization for export of glass jars of production of JSC Kvarts

For the purpose of further increase in realization at export of glass jars of production of JSC Kvarts, streamlining of export and increase in currency receipts from commodity export the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Accept offers of JSC Uzstroymaterialy, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on assistance to the privatized companies and development of the competition, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on establishment of procedure according to which realization by business entities for export of glass jars (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 7010 90 1000) of production of JSC Kvarts is performed on contract prices, but not below declared (approved) in body of price regulation (excluding VAT).

2. Add the Inventory which realization for export through the commodity and raw exchanges is enabled by legal entities and physical persons only for freely convertible currency, No. 174 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 15, 1999 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 4, the Art. 19), the note of the following content:

"Note. export of glass jars by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 7010 90 1000 of production of JSC Kvarts is performed on contract prices, but not below declared (approved) in body of price regulation (excluding VAT)".

3. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
