The administrative regulations of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance on provision of the state service in issue of the conclusion about compliance of the producer of medicines for veterinary application to requirements of rules of proper production practice (further - Regulations, the state service) establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) when implementing issue of the conclusion about compliance of the producer of medicines for veterinary application to requirements of rules of proper production practice (further - the conclusion), and also order of interaction between territorial administrations and structural divisions of Rosselkhoznadzor, his officials, federal state budgetary institution of Rosselkhoznadzor, interaction of Rosselkhoznadzor with applicants, other public authorities, organizations and the organizations by provision of the state service.
