1. Make changes and additions to Regulations on procedure for stimulation of self-government institutions of citizens and partnerships of private homeowners for the ensuring timely and complete payment with the population of utilities approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 27, 2001 No. 38 (рег. No. 1032 of May 17, 2001) (The bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments, 2001, No. 9-10) according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
