About the description and procedure for application of mark of conformity to the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus and recognition No. 810 which voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011

According to item 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 "About assessment of conformity to technical requirements and accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the mark of conformity to the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus (further - mark of conformity) represents combination of the letters "T" and "P" placed in the frame with the rounded corners interrupted with the symbol "BY" and has the image on large-scale grid according to appendix;

1.2. the sizes of mark of conformity are determined by the manufacturer, person authorized by it, the seller (supplier) who acquired the right to its application.

The sizes of mark of conformity shall guarantee the clearness of its elements and their discernability with the naked eye on general color background of object;

1.3. the mark of conformity shall be executed by any method providing accurate and its clear image during all service life (the validity, storage) products;

1.4. the image of mark of conformity shall be one-color and contrast with color of surface on which it is applied;

1.5. the manufacturers authorized by them persons sellers (suppliers) of products shall mark it mark of conformity if products passed all Republic of Belarus established by the corresponding technical regulations of assessment procedure of compliance that shall be supported by the documents provided for the corresponding forms of assessment of conformity in National system of confirmation of conformity of the Republic of Belarus;

1.6. the mark of conformity if other is not established by part two of this subitem or the technical regulation of the Republic of Belarus, is applied directly on products near information on the manufacturer, as a rule, on its fixed part, and also given in the operational documents attached to it.

Drawing mark of conformity on the smallest consumer packaging (container) is allowed and specifying in the operational documents attached to products in case of impossibility of drawing it is direct on products (if the size of products or its type do not allow to put mark of conformity). In case of lack of packaging on such products the mark of conformity is given in the operational documents attached to it;

1.7. drawing marking, the signs and texts capable to mislead consumers and interested persons concerning value and the image of mark of conformity is not allowed;

1.8. if other marks of conformity are applied on products, they shall not worsen visibility, clearness and readability of mark of conformity.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 810 "About the description and procedure for application of mark of conformity to the technical regulation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 72, 5/34010).

3. This resolution becomes effective since July 30, 2017.
