1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 211 "About approval of Rules of provision of innovative grants on acquisition of technologies, carrying out industrial researches, support of activities for production of high-technology products at the initial stage of development, patenting in foreign countries and (or) the regional patent organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12078, published on October 13, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To department of technology and innovative development of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Batyr? Osh) provide A.B.:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
