1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2015 No. 211 "About approval of Rules of provision of innovative grants on acquisition of technologies, carrying out industrial researches, support of activities for production of high-technology products at the initial stage of development, patenting in foreign countries and (or) the regional patent organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12078, published on October 13, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

3. To department of technology and innovative development of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Batyr? Osh) provide A.B.:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the Republican center of legal information within ten calendar days from the date of receipt of the registered order for inclusion in reference bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 17) of Item 2 of article 100 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 and determine procedure for provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts and reducings are used:

1) the grantee – person who received grant according to these rules;

2) the commission on grant financing (further – the commission) – collegiate organ in structure which the odd number of members of the commission from representatives of authorized body and other state and public organizations and the corresponding industries (under approval) and the staff of national institute of development in the field of technology development enter (further – national institute), created within national institute for issue of recommendations about projects of applicants taking into account examination of requests and conditions of provision of the innovative grants established by these rules;

3) high technologies – the system of knowledge, production and other operations, methods and processes corresponding or exceeding world analogs on the qualitative indexes and allowing to reach performance measures of world-class work;
