According to provisions of parts (1) and (2) Article 6 and parts (1) – (14) article 21 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes and amendments, article 22 of the Law on informatization and the state information resources No. 467-XV of November 21, 2003 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, article 16 of the Law on registers No. 71-XVI of March 22, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Create the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova.

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).

3. Maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova will be performed at the expense of means of National bureau of grapes and wine.

4. The registrar/subregistrar of the Grape and wine-making register will perform cooperation with bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels, Executive committee of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia for the purpose of ensuring necessary support for implementation of the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.

Chapter I. General provisions

1. The regulations on procedure for maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova (further – the Provision) establish procedure and the mechanism of registration and accounting of the systematized information which is saved up throughout creation and maintaining the Grape and wine-making register of the Republic of Moldova (further – the Register), for the purpose of registration and accounting of grape sites and the wine-making companies, and also regulate requirements concerning data protection in the course of collection, accumulating, updating, storage, conversion and the authorized data exchange with other information systems.

2. In this Provision the concepts determined in the Law on grapes and wine No. 57-XVI of March 10, 2006 and the technical concept of the automated information system "Grape and Wine-making Register" approved by the Order of the Government No. 282 of March 11, 2016 are used.
