3. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and Committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kabdenov M. T.).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue, Recovery or Prolongation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Foreigners and Stateless Persons of Visas on the Right of Departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan and Entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry).

3. The state service appears territorial subdivisions of the Ministry (further – the service provider).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider – 5 (five) working days.

If the answer is not submitted by the approving body within the specified term, the state service is provided within 1 working day after receipt of coordination.

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package – 30 (thirty) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing – 20 (twenty) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service – paper.

Result of rendering the state service - issue, recovery or prolongation of visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan by gluing in of the filled visa sticker in the foreign passport of foreign state, or other identity document recognized in this quality by the Republic of Kazakhstan and granting the right to crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the foreign passport) or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases provided Item 10 of this standard of the state service.

Form of provision of result of rendering the state service - paper.

7. The state service is rendered on paid basis to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

For rendering the state service the state fee which according to article 613 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" constitutes (Tax code) for issue, recovery or prolongation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreigners and stateless persons of the visa on the right is collected:

departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan - 0,5 MRP;

entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan - 7 MRP;

repeated entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan and departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan - 30 MRP.

Payment is made in cash and non-cash form through the banks of the second level and the organization performing separate types of banking activities.

Are exempted from payment of the state fee:

members of foreign official delegations and persons accompanying them arriving to the Republic of Kazakhstan;

the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Prime minister's department of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies, akimats of areas, cities of republican value and the capital arriving to the Republic of Kazakhstan by the invitation;
