About the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of chemical products"
According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Accept the enclosed technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About safety of chemical products" (TR EEU 041/2017).
2. The Eurasian economic commission together with the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to develop and approve procedure for forming and maintaining the register of chemicals and mixes of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) and procedure for notification of new chemicals, having provided their entry into force till December 1, 2018.
3. Ask the governments of state members of the Union to provide forming till March 1, 2021 of national parts of the register of chemicals and mixes of the Union.
4. Determine that the technical regulation of the Union "About safety of chemical products" (TR EEU 041/2017) becomes effective since June 2, 2021 on condition of execution of Item 2 of this Decision, except for requirements to preparative forms of pesticides and the related processes of their production, storage, transportation (transportation), realization and utilization (conversion). Prior to the day of entry into force of the technical regulation of the Union establishing requirements to preparative forms of pesticides and the related processes of their production, storage, transportation (transportation), realization and utilization (conversion) concerning such products and the specified processes provisions of acts of bodies of the Union or the legislation of state members of the Union are effective.
5. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

criteria of classification of danger of chemicals and mixes for health of the person and the environment, and also the dangers caused by their physical and chemical properties;
the elements of system of informing including requirements to marking and the material safety data sheet.
This technical regulation is developed for the purpose of establishment on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) single obligatory for application and execution of requirements to chemical products, ensuring its free movement in case of release into the stream of commerce on customs area of the Union.
