About classification of the profiles, panels, terrace board and front panels manufactured of wood and polymeric composite according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The profiles made by extrusion method of wood and polymeric composite (plastic mix with addition of wood flour) representing the hollow or not hollow products with the processed or raw surface but which did not undergo to other processing according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item of the 3916th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of profiles are given in appendix).

2. The panels manufactured by extrusion method of wood and polymeric composite (plastic mix with addition of wood flour) representing boards with the mosaic drawing or without the drawing, with connecting elements for fixtures or without such elements, used as floor coverings, according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item of the 3918th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of panels are given in appendix).

3. The terrace board made by extrusion method of wood and polymeric composite (plastic mix with addition of wood flour), having stiffening ribs between outside surfaces and the grooves for fixtures located on two counter face parties, with longitudinal fillets for water drain on outside surfaces or without such fillets, used as floor covering, according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item of the 3918th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of terrace board are given in appendix).

4. The front panels manufactured by extrusion method of wood and polymeric composite (plastic mix with addition of wood flour), with stiffening ribs between outside surfaces or without such edges, the having ledges and grooves for fixtures located on two counter face parties intended for construction works when facing walls and (or) ceilings according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item of the 3925th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of front panels are given in appendix).

5. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
