About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty concerning steel hot-rolled angle-pieces, originating from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 78 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of preliminary anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the angle-pieces imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union steel hot-rolled equal-flange from 20 to 200 mm wide inclusive from carbon, low-alloyed and alloyed (except for corrosion-resistant) steel , originating from Ukrane, classified with codes 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0 , 7216 50 100 0 , 7216 50 990 0 , 7228 70 100 0, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure 4 months.
2. State bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs shall provide collection of the preliminary anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided both by the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes of EEU, and description of goods.
3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
