1. Approve the Order of interaction of the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport, the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State agency of highways of Ukraine under the organization and work for weighing and implementation of dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms on highways public which is applied.

2. To provide to the state inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of Public service of highways of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 07, 2008 No. 219/198 "About approval of order of interaction of the road organizations and companies and divisions of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine when carrying out dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms on highways public and Production schedules of implementation of dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms on highways public", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 1, 2008 for No. 799/15490.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. This Procedure determines procedure of interaction of service employees of the State inspection of Ukraine for safety on the land transport and its territorial authorities (further - service employees of Ukrtransinspektion), employees of the relevant divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine ensuring traffic safety (further - the relevant divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), and also services of highways in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas and Sevastopol and the companies determined in the procedure established by the legislation (further - services of highways), during the organization and carrying out dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms (further - vehicles) during their journey by highways public.

2. Dimensional and weight control of vehicles during their journey by highways public is exercised according to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Laws of Ukraine "About road transport", "About traffic", "About highways", "About militia", the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (further - Traffic regulations), the Rules of driving of large-size and heavyweight vehicles through highways, streets and railroad crossings approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2001 No. 30 (further Pravila Proyezd of large-size and heavyweight vehicles), the Procedure of dimensional and weight control and collection of fare by highways public of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms, which weight and/or dimensional parameters exceed normative, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 27, 2007 No. 879 (further - the Procedure of dimensional and weight control).

3. Dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms during their journey by highways public is carried out by service employees of Ukrtransinspektion and employees of the relevant divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. Service employees of Ukrtransinspektion when implementing dimensional and weight control:

1) is determined by venues of dimensional and weight control in coordination with the relevant division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to requirements of the Procedure of dimensional and weight control;

2) are developed and approve with the relevant divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, services of highways working schedules of Items of dimensional and weight control regarding the organization and work for weighing of vehicles;
