Art. 1. – Proclaim public usefulness of works of national value on reconstruction and construction of power lines of high voltage (110 kV) Drokiya-Shur, Shur-Dondushen, Chisinau-Hynchesht, Hynchesht-Knyazevka, Sholdenesht-Ignetsey.
Art. 2. – The object of expropriation established according to feasibility statements and working projects is the real estate (parcels of land) of private property which is in borders of land ownership of the following settlements: villages of Tsarigrad, communes May Day, Shur and Fyntynitsa, city of Drokiya (area Drokiya); Tyrnov's communes, villages of Tsaul and Korbu, city of Dondushen (area Dondushen); villages of Ignetsey and Pechishte (area Rubber); villages Olishkan, Fuzeuk, city of Sholdenesht (area Sholdenesht); villages Karakuy and Butsen, commune Boziyen, city of Hynchesht (area Hynchesht); villages Kostesht, Hansk, commune Mileshty Mich, villages Molesht and communes Zymbren (area Yaloven); communes Bechoy (municipium of Chisinau); Alben's communes and Hyrtop (area Chimishliya); communes Tomayul Nou, Seretsika Noue and Knyazevka (area Leova).
Art. 3. – To the government on behalf of the state to take necessary measures for expropriation of the real estate located on site carrying out socially useful works of national value according to the engineering design. Payment of compensation for expropriated real estate is performed at the expense of the funds allocated from the government budget.
Art. 4. – After receipt of the notification the owner and owners of other real rights stop any alienation of the real estate which is subject to expropriation except that transfer to property of the state, and take measures for preservation of object of expropriation.
