2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in one copy of its copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in periodic printing editions and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) to send this order for use in work to Committee of work, social protection and migration of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, directorate "Interdepartmental settlement center of social payments" – branch of non-commercial joint-stock company of The Government for Citizens State corporation of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to authorized state bodies to destination of retirement benefits for long service;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhakupova S. K.

4. This order becomes effective since July 1, 2018 and is subject to official publication.

Rules of recalculation of the size of the state base retirement benefit appointed till July 1, 2018

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of recalculation of the size of the state base retirement benefit appointed till July 1, 2018 (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 14 of article 73 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 21, 2013 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the Law) and provide procedure for recalculation of the size of the state base retirement benefit appointed till July 1, 2018.

2. The size of the state base retirement benefit appointed till July 1, 2018 is subject to recalculation.

3. The size of the state base retirement benefit is recalculated depending on years of service of participation in the pension system.

Chapter 2. Procedure for calculation of years of service of participation in the pension system

4. For each receiver of the state base retirement benefit the years of service of participation in the pension system are determined.

5. In years of service of participation in the pension system are set off:

1) the working life developed for the period till January 1, 1998, estimated according to article 13 of the Law;

2) the period for which compulsory pension contributions were performed;

3) time of care of unemployed mother of juvenile children, but no more than before achievement of 3 years by each child of age within 12 years in total;

4) time of care of the disabled person of the first group, the lonely disabled person of the second group and the retirement pensioner needing assistance, and also aged, reached eighty-year age, the handicapped child aged up to sixteen years;
