About introduction of export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of waste and scrap of ferrous metals

According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, Section 10 of Appendix 7 to this Agreement I ORDER:

1. Impose for a period of six months export ban from the Republic of Kazakhstan out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of waste and scrap of ferrous metals (code of the CN FEA EEU 7204, 7302 10 900 0), except for waste and scrap of the alloyed steel, including stainless steel (codes of the CN FEA EEU 7204 21 100 0, 7204 21 900 0) and other (code of the CN FEA EEU 7204 29 000 0).

2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure:

after state registration of this order before its publication in periodic printing editions to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1;

submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this order, other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission.

3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
