2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of information and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of selection of the state services which are subject to rendering through The Government for Citizens State corporation

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of selection of the state services which are subject to rendering through The Government for Citizens State corporation (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 2) of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" and determine procedure for selection of the state services which are subject to rendering through The Government for Citizens State corporation.

2. In these rules the following determinations are applied:

1) The Government for Citizens State corporation (further – the State corporation) – the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for rendering the state services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of work on reception of applications on rendering the state services and issue of their results to uslugopoluchatel by the principle of "one window", and also ensuring rendering the state services electronically;

2) authorized body in the sphere of informatization (further – authorized body) – the central executive body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the sphere of informatization and "the electronic government";

4) authorized body in the sphere of rendering the state services – the central state body performing management and cross-industry coordination in the sphere of rendering the state services;

5) the register of the state services – the classified list of the state services.

Chapter 2. Procedure for selection of the state services which are subject to rendering through the State corporation

The central state bodies and local executive bodies no later than February 20 and on July 20, represent to authorized body of the offer on feasibility of inclusion of the state services for rendering through the State corporation in form, according to appendix 1 to these rules, and also business process of rendering the state services in the form of the scheme in form, according to appendix 2 to these rules.

4. The authorized body no later than March 20 and on August 20 on basis the offer of the central state bodies and local executive bodies, taking into account results of public monitoring of quality of the rendering the state services performed by physical persons and non-profit organizations, direct quality evaluation of rendering the state services, and also the independent analysis creates the list of the state services which are subject to rendering through the State corporation (further - the list).

5. The authorized body annually no later than March 30 and on August 30 introduces the list on coordination in authorized body in the sphere of rendering the state services.

6. The authorized body in the sphere of rendering the state services within 10 calendar days provides in authorized body the positive or negative conclusion according to the list.

7. The authorized body annually no later than April 20 and on September 20 submits the list for consideration of the interdepartmental commission.

8. The interdepartmental commission following the results of consideration of the list takes out positive and (or) negative recommendations of feasibility of rendering the state service through the State corporation which are drawn up by the minutes of the interdepartmental commission (further - the protocol), in any form.
