B the purposes of providing necessary conditions for submission of the reports provided by regulations of National Bank of Moldova based on Articles 11 (1) and 27 Laws on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. In departure from regulations of Item 11 of the Instruction on procedure for creation and submission of reports by banks in the prudential purposes approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279 of December 1, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 216-221, 2008), the reports constituted for the accounting period expiring on April 30, 2017 shall be provided to National Bank of Moldova no later than May 15, 2017.

2. In departure from provisions of Item 13 of the Instruction on the financial reporting FINREP at the individual level applied to banks, approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 292 of December 15, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 227-232, 2104), the reports constituted for the accounting period expiring on April 30, 2017 shall be provided to National Bank of Moldova no later than May 15, 2017.

3. This resolution becomes effective from acceptance date and is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
