About approval of General regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 01:2016 "Authorization in National system on metrology"
Based on the item (2), the Art. 6, and Art. 17 of the Law on metrology No. 19 of March 4, 2016. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, 190) I ORDER to Art. No. 100-105,:
1. Approve General regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 01:2016 "Authorization in National system on metrology", according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the first paragraph, item 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 114 of July 2, 2012 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 237-241, 1377).
3. Declare invalid General regulations on legislative metrology of RGML 01:2012 "National system on metrology. Authorization in National system on metrology", approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economics No. 114 of July 2, 2012.
4. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Ministry of Economics.
5. Transfer this order to National institute of metrology for placement on the website and for publication in the specialized magazine "Metrologie".
