About some questions of state-owned property
According to subparagraph 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize Center of Electronic Commerce limited liability partnership by transformation to Center of Electronic Commerce joint-stock company (further – JSC TsEK) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.
2. Determine the main object of activity of JSC TsEK:
1) services in placement and conversion of data;
2) web portals.
3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of JSC TsEK and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) assignment of rights of ownership and use of JSC TsEK of the state block of shares to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

in the Section to "Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
to exclude line, sequence number 217-14,;
add in the line, sequence number 217-14-1, of the following content:
"217-14-1. JSC Center of Electronic Commerce.
3. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "Some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 22, the Art. 205):
