About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of safety of traffic

According to the subitem 2) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations of the state service "State Registration, Accounting and Removal from Accounting of Separate Types of Vehicles on Vehicle Identification Number, and also Issue of Registration Certificates of Vehicles and the State Registration Registration Plates" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Regulations of the state service "Issue of Car Driver Licenses" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Duplicate of the State Registration Registration Plate for Vehicles" according to appendix 3 to this order.

4) Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Certificate on Re-equipment of the Vehicle and (or) Trail Cars to It" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lepekh I. V.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To chiefs of Departments of police of the cities of Nour-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and areas, representative offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Baikonur:

1) to provide studying and observance of requirements of this order by staff of law-enforcement bodies;

2) to organize work of law-enforcement bodies according to requirements of this order.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 4, 2014 No. 192 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of safety of traffic" (No. 101 registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9368 and published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 24, 2014 (27722));

2) the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 16, 2014 No. 351 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 4, 2014 No. 192 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the sphere of safety of traffic" (No. 111 registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9583 and published in "The legal newspaper" of July 30, 2014 (2679)).

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the police major general Turgumbayev E. Z. and Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lepekh I. V.).

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
