1. Approve Forms of the policy of compulsory medical insurance for different categories of citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic, for foreign citizens and stateless persons (according to appendix).
2. This order becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister A.Dzh. Murzaliyeva.
