About approval of the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to articles 3 and 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

Technical specification of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic and State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Technical description on National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic represents red rectangular panel in which center the image of round solar disk with forty regularly raying golden color is placed, with the image of tunduk of the Kyrgyz yurta of red color placed in solar disk, according to the sample given in appendix 1 to this technical specification.

2. The sun in ornamental culture of the people means light, openness, resilience. Its similar to tongues of flame forty beams are reunited in the people forty (kyrk) tribes.

5. Colors of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic shall correspond to the flowers specified in appendix 1 to this technical specification.

2. Technical description on the State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic

6. The State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic represents circle with images according to the sample given in appendix 3 to this technical specification:

- the white falcon with open wings placed in the center of blue circle in white frame;

- the spurs of mountains located on background of the lake It is scarlet - Limited liability partnership and rising sun with beams of golden color;

- the stalks of cotton and wheaten ears placed from the left and right parties of circle;

- texts of KYRGYZ located in the upper part of circle, and text of RESPUBLIKASY located in the lower part of circle.

7. The State Emblem of the Kyrgyz Republic represents form of circle in which are expressed by conditional language of symbols mentality, features of the nature, culture and managing of the Kyrgyz people.
