Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756 "About some questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of "The requirement to carrying out stress tests (target revaluation of safety) of nuclear power plant".

2. This resolution becomes effective on May 1, 2017.

Regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of "The requirement to carrying out stress tests (target revaluation of safety) of nuclear power plant"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Regulations and rules establish requirements to carrying out stress tests (target revaluation of safety) of nuclear power plant (further - the NPP) at all stages of lifecycle, and also determine the information provided by results of carrying out stress tests.

2. In these rules the terms and their values established in the TKP 170-2009 "General provisions of safety of nuclear power plants" approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2009 No. 14, TKP 171-2009 "Rules of nuclear safety of reactor installations of nuclear power plants", approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2009 No. 14, TKP 263-2009 "Accounting of external impacts of natural and technogenic origin on subjects to use of atomic energy", approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2010 No. 48, TKP 294-2010 "Requirements to contents of the report on reasons for safety of nuclear power plant with the VVER reactor" are used No. approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2010 68, TKP 566-2015 "Assessment of frequency of heavy damage of active zone of the reactor (for external initial events of natural and technogenic nature)", No. approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2015 21, and also the following term with the corresponding determination:
