1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 169 "About approval of Rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors, and the publication of information about them" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan 12987, published in information system of law of Ad_let on February 10, 2016).

3. To provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the direction of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting, and also to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee Mussina B. B.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors (further - Rules) determine procedure for conducting special accounting of persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors (further – accounting of persons).

2. Accounting of persons is performed by Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee) and Managements of Committee on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty, Military management and Regional Transportation Directorate of Committee (further - territorial authorities of Committee).

The territorial authority of Committee within the competence performs accounting of the persons condemned by public vessels and brought to trial by law-enforcement bodies on transport.

The publication of information about persons brought to trial for making of criminal offenses against sexual integrity of minors (further - accounting persons) is performed by Committee.

3. Accounting of persons, is performed by conducting help cases on each accounting person and maintaining the automated information system "Special accounting (further – AIS SU).
