About approval of the List of specialized goods for construction and the reconstruction of the converter (the ferroalloy furnace) which is subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of creation of conditions for investment attraction in metal industry of the industry, being guided by article 257 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed List of specialized goods for construction and the reconstruction of the converter (the ferroalloy furnace) which is subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
