Rules of provision by officials of data of financial nature

Article 1. General provisions

These rules determine provided by Article 5.1. The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption" form of provision of data of financial nature, the officials providing the information of financial nature, bodies accepting these data, and rules of verification of these data.

Article 2. The officials providing the information of financial nature

2.1. These rules extend to the officials specified in Articles 2.1.1-2.1. 4, 2.1.6 and 2.1.7 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption".

2.2. Provision of data of financial nature by persons provided in article 2.1.5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against corruption" is regulated by the Electoral code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
