About introduction of the visa label for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Enter since January 1, 1998 registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine in the form of the visa label.

2. Determine that:

forms of visa labels and questionnaires for registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine (visa documents) are made by request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by Banknote mint of National Bank;

forms of visa labels are made according to their technical description approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 1996 N 1363.

4. To the Ministry of Finance to finance the works connected with production of forms of visa documents at the expense of the consular fees received in Ukraine.

5. Suggest National Bank to process together with the Ministry of Finance question of possibility of use for production of forms of visa documents of production capacities of printing plant "Ukraine" and creation on capacities of self-produced Banknote mint for drawing holographic protective mark on forms of visa labels.

6. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to perform complex of the actions directed to increase in the paid consular services, in particular, connected with registration to foreigners and stateless persons of visas to entry into Ukraine.

7. To submit to the state committee on cases of protection of frontier together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers on equipment of check points through frontier the read-out devices for the automated processing of visa documents in case of crossing by foreigners and stateless persons of frontier in a month.

8. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Foreign Affairs Udovenko G. I.
