Zheenbekov according to Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 20, 2012 No. 117 and item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture, the food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 11, 2016 No. 576,:

1. Approve the Management on deliveries of sensitive types of agricultural and food products to the markets of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) within requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union (further - the Management), according to appendix to this order.

2. Determine that the Management specified in Item 1 of this order, providing summary of provisions of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union is developed for the producers of agricultural and food products aimed to deliver the products on the markets of state members of EEU.

3. To inform department of processing industry of management of agromarketing and food security of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic of this order data of producers and suppliers of food products.

4. And clerical works of management of organizational and technical and financial provision of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic to inform inspection department of this order data of specialists of management of technical regulation and metrology.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy ministers of the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Management on deliveries of sensitive types of agricultural and food products to the markets of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union
