RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of March 10, 2017 No. 20

About rates for services of infrastructure of rail transport public

(as amended on 14-09-2023)

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish limiting maximum:

rates for services in provision of infrastructure and to accomplishment of necessary works for implementation of movement (passing) of trains, including electric utility service of power railway vehicles of carrier, in transit loads according to appendix 1;

rates for services in provision of infrastructure and to accomplishment of necessary works for shunting movements, including electric utility service of power railway vehicles of carrier, in transit loads according to appendix 2;

rates for the services in engineering and commercial supervision aimed at safety of train service and safety of the transported loads according to appendix 3;

rates for services in provision of infrastructure and to accomplishment of necessary works for implementation of movement (passing) of trains, including electric utility service of power railway vehicles of carrier, in transit passengers, baggage and cargo baggage according to appendix 4;

rates for services in provision of infrastructure and to accomplishment of necessary works for shunting movements, including electric utility service of power railway vehicles of carrier, in transit passengers, baggage and cargo baggage according to appendix 5;

rates for the services in engineering and commercial supervision aimed at safety of train service and safety of the transported baggage and cargo baggage according to appendix 6.

2. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of infrastructure of rail transport public in transit for loads (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for establishment and application of rates for services of infrastructure of rail transport public in transit for passengers, baggage and cargo baggage (is attached).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
