About approval of the list of groups technically the difficult household goods which are subject to warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement for the purpose of application of registrars of settlement transactions
According to article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the sphere of trade, public catering and services" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the list of groups technically of the difficult household goods which are subject to warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement for the purpose of application of registrars of settlement transactions which is applied.
2. Bring in the Procedure for warranty repair (servicing) or warranty replacement technically difficult household goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2002 No. 506 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 16, the Art. 861), the following changes:
Paragraph two of Item 2 to exclude 1);
Appendix 1 to the Procedure to exclude 2).
3. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.
