1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to issue government securities in the form of bills of exchange in the amount of 530 000 000 (five hundred thirty million) somoni with for up to 5 (five) years in the amount of 2 (two) annual interest rates for development of energy industry.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, National Bank of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform the necessary operations connected with execution of this resolution according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. The mechanism of relations concerning use of government securities for financing of energy industry is determined on the basis of the bilateral agreement.

4. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 12, 2016, No. 527 "About release into the stream of commerce of valuable government securities of the Republic of Tajikistan for capitalization of banks" to make the following changes:

- in paragraph one of Item 1 of the resolution to replace figure and the words "3 850 000 000 (three billion eight hundred fifty million)" with figure and the words "3 320 000 000 (three billion three hundred twenty million)";

- exclude from paragraph two of Item 1 of the resolution of figure", 3, 4";

5. Provide this resolution for approval of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
