About approval of forms of the agenda

According to lit.s) h. (1) Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and for the purpose of execution of provisions of Art. 226 and Art. 243 of the Tax code of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve forms of documents:

- the agenda of o consideration of the case about violation of the law (appendix No. 1);

- the agenda about challenge in the State Tax Administration (appendix No. 2);

- bank agenda (appendix No. 3).

2. Determine that:

a) the agenda of o consideration of the case about violation of the law, the agenda about challenge in the State Tax Administration and the bank agenda are filled in duplicate, one copy of the agenda is handed or goes the registered mail to the called person, the second copy is applied to the accompanying materials;

b) accounting of the agenda of o consideration of the case about violation of the law, the agenda about challenge in the State Tax Administration and the bank agenda is conducted in the Register of the agenda (appendix No. 4).

3. To provide to economical financial management of GGNI structural divisions of the State Tax Administration with the approved forms of the agenda.

4. Declare invalid the Order GGNI No. 295 of May 2, 2012 about approval of samples of the agenda and the Order GGNI No. 459 of June 28, 2012 about amendment of the Order GGNI No. 295 of May 2, 2012.

5. To structural divisions of the State tax authorities to use in the course of activities standard forms of samples of the agenda approved by the Order GGNI No. 295 of May 2, 2012 to complete expenditure of remaining balance.

6. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.

7. To provide to management of legal support publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
