According to the subitem 2) Item 2 of Article 87, Item 3 of Article 141 and Item 1 of article 143 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) criteria for evaluation of risk degree on compliance with law in the sphere of rendering the state services according to appendix 1 to this joint order;

2) checking leaf on compliance with law in the sphere of rendering the state services according to appendix 2 to this joint order.

2. Declare invalid the joint order of the Minister of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 11, 2016 No. 32 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2016 No. 89 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and form of checking leaf on compliance with law in the sphere of rendering the state services" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13390, published in "Ad_let" information system of law on March 14, 2016).

3. And to anti-corruption in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the state services of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this joint order the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption.

4. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption supervising questions of control and quality evaluation of rendering the state services.

5. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These criteria for evaluation of risk degree on compliance with law in the sphere of rendering the state services (further – Criteria) are developed according to the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services", for the solution of questions of reference of the checked subjects to certain risk group.

2. In these Criteria the following concepts are used:
