1. Approve the List of cases when permission to placement of goods in customs regime of destruction or destruction is not issued (further - the List) that is applied.

2. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and arts of Ukraine of 22.12.2003 N 893/596/175/803, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.12.2003 for N 1236/8557.

3. To department of the organization of customs control (V.V.'s Hare) and Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To administration (G. A. Thrush) State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide replication and mailing of this order to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture and arts of Ukraine, to the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, regional customs, customs after its state registration.

5. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring this order to permission of staff and to inform subjects of business activity by lighting it at evident stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs authorities and at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Ivanyuk M. M. First Deputy Chief state health officer of Ukraine Berezhnov S. P., the Chief state inspector of Ukraine on protection of the surrounding environment. Pugu G.
