About approval of Regulations of the state services in questions of public service

For the purpose of implementation of the subitem 2) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Testing of Government Employees and Applicants for Occupation of Vacant Managerial State Position", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Transfer in Personnel Reserve of Classified Public Service", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Acceptance on Training in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Training in Professional Programs of Postgraduate Education in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) regulations of the state service "Training in Programs of Retraining and Advanced Training in Academy of Public Administration in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. To provide to department of public service of the Ministry of cases of public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) official publication according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within five working days after registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and to anti-corruption of June 8, 2015 No. 184 "About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of public service" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11692, published on October 26, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister for public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan supervising questions of public service.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
