1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accounting of persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten working days from the date of receipt of the registered this order the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type in one copy in the state and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bisenkulov B. B. and the chairman of Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bazylbekov A. H.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of accounting of persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of accounting of persons containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for accounting of persons (further - convicts) containing in organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization).

Accounting of the convicts containing in organizations implies itself:

1) implementation of personal and quantitative accounting;

2) registration and maintaining accounting documents;

3) document creation on convoy;

4) issue of accounting documents.

2. Accounting of convicts is performed by departments (departments, groups) of special accounting of organizations (further - department of special accounting).

3. Accounting documents go to convicts according to the Rules of maintaining and use of special accounting of the persons who made criminal offenses, brought to trial, persons brought to trial for making of criminal offense and dactyloscopic accounting of the detainees who are held in custody and condemned persons, approved by the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2018 No. 29 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16667) in territorial authorities of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - КПСиСУ).
