Approve "Form of the Certificate on passing of test examinations in positions of public service" it (is applied).

Form of the Certificate on passing of test examinations in positions of public service

1. To person which gained the established lowest passing score at test examination according to article 28.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service", the State examination center of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - the Center) according to meeting of qualification of managerial and auxiliary positions the Certificate (further - the Certificate) confirming passing of test examination in the corresponding position of public service is issued.

2. Managerial and auxiliary positions for issue of the Certificate are divided into the following groups on types of A and B:

2.1. A type - on the managerial leading (managing) positions:

2.1.1. AA group;

2.1.2. AB group;

2.1.3. AC group;

2.2. B type - on the managerial performing positions:

2.2.1. BA group;

2.2.2. BB group;

3. The groups entering type of A and B according to the qualifier of managerial positions are divided into the subgroups specified in appendix to this Form. Certificates are issued according to the positions entering into subgroups.

4. Person having the Certificate on the relevant subgroup of positions can participate in the interviews which are given on the position provided in the certificate and also on the position corresponding to lower subgroups within group which the specified subgroup treats.

5. The certificate is printed on the form with special protective marks. The form in the A 4 Format.

6. In the Certificate the following is specified:

6.1. in the upper part of the Certificate the color image of logo of the Center;

6.2. under logo on the first line of the word "State Examination Center of the Azerbaijan Republic", on the second line of the word "Confirming Passing of Test Examination in Position of Public Service", on third the word "Certificate";

6.3. registration certificate number before the word "Certificate"

6.4. individual identification number, surname, name and certificate holder's middle name;

6.5. results of examination (quantity of questions, the most available point gained at examination point and other data by results of examination);

7. The sample of the form of the Certificate is established by the Center.

8. The certificate is stored at the candidate. The certificate is valid only in case of representation together with the identity certificate.

9. The certificate, on condition of preserving number, can be replaced in the following cases:

9.1. change of surname, name, candidate's middle name;

9.2. detection of inaccuracy or mistake in the data specified in the Certificate;

9.3. unsuitable condition of the Certificate.

10. When losing the Certificate its duplicate is issued.

11. By the center it is recorded the certificates issued by it on positions of public service.
