2. Determine that:

the executive bodies and the organizations authorized on conducting state examination of the project documentation (further - the expert organizations) within 3 working days after issue of the positive conclusion of state examination of the project documentation post data on such documentation on the official site of the expert organization on the Internet (further - Internet network) in the form of electronic documents in the form approved by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation;

the choice of the project documentation of reuse for recognition by its cost-efficient project documentation of reuse is performed on the basis of the data specified in the paragraph the second this subitem, and information obtained by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation within realization of powers, stipulated in Item 3 parts 3 of article 6.1 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation;
