2. Determine that:

- the visas issued before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the expiration of the terms specified in them;

- visas in the presence of allowing documents are subject to prolongation.

3. Under the Government the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the public registration service transfer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of detailed statistical information about the drawn-up visas.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the consular fees and charges for actual expenses" of December 18, 2012 No. 839 the following change:

The instruction about procedure for execution of visas of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure for execution of visas (electronic visas) of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the visa) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the MFA), diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - foreign institutions), in case of lack of those - the representations of other countries which are specially authorized on that.

2. Separate features of conditions on execution of visas are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, including during action in the territory of the country of emergency situation and/or emergency state.

3.
