About approval of the Program for development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drafts of the laws in 2017
For the purpose of effective planning of legislative activities of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring high-quality and timely development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the bills provided by the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of dialogue with the people and interests of the person" acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and decisions of the Government, and also coordination of bill work of bodies of the public and economic board the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
The program for development and entering into Legislative house of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drafts of the laws in 2017 (further - the Program) according to appendix No. 1;
The main directions of the drafts of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan developed in 2017 by the Cabinet of Ministers according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the heads of the ministries and departments determined as the main contractors by project development of the laws included in the Program (further - drafts of the laws) to provide:
in ten-day time approval in accordance with the established procedure scheduled plans of project development of the laws;
the direction of the copy of the scheduled plan within two days from the moment of its approval in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
high-quality preparation, organization and carrying out efficient public and professional discussion, comprehensive examination of drafts of the laws, and also their timely entering into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
efficient coordination of work on preparation, coordination and entering of drafts of the laws into the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
conducting high-quality legal examination of drafts of the laws, and also monitoring of the course of accomplishment of the Program;
to quarterly enter information on condition of accomplishment of the Program in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. M. Ikramov.
